Having led procurement teams in industries ranging from engineering and construction to biotech and automotive, I’ve seen firsthand how sourcing events can either accelerate value—or drag down progress.

What excites me today is building systems that relieve procurement managers of the repetitive, tactical grind so they can focus on what truly matters: supplier relationships, stakeholder trust, and strategic value creation.

At Auctus Procurement Advisory Inc., and through our partner solutions arm, BizComplements, I’m leveraging both my experience and these emerging AI capabilities to design a sourcing management approach that improves the day-to-day life of procurement professionals—whether they’re drafting an RFP, negotiating contracts, or presenting to the C-suite.
